Constriction ring syndrome, management with multiple Z plasties

Constriction ring syndrome is a congenital problem in which there is deep circumferential depression mark over limb or digits.

In some cases it may lead to autoamputation of the affected part or may cause severe oedema /necrotic changes in part distal to ring, if not managed timely and properly.

This congenital deformity is managed surgically with multiple z plasty technique.

At Bisoniya Hospital congenital deformities of limbs, face, genital parts are being managed routinely.
